Clear discharge

Okay so i know I could get pregnant wondering if this has happen to anyone else 12 weeks postpartum breastfeeding my son I think I had my first period week or so after I had my son bec I stopped bleeding then it came back almost a week later and haven’t bleed since but I’ve noticed last week clear discharge that can stretch I been really crampy exhausted nothing sounds good sore throat coughing in summer I know a little has to do with just having a newborn 12 weeks ago could there be a chance I could be pregnant we only had sex 4 times no protection because I read where breastfeeding can be where you don’t ovulation but I know I’m wrong. Has this happen to anyone else I’m gonna test
