I know it’s normal for your boobs to leak that clear liquid while you are pregnant. I’m only 22 weeks but I realized it started around 17 weeks for me and it’s only one of my nipples that does it and when I look at my other nipple it doesn’t look like my other one. Its kind of hard to explain by it doesn’t look like there’s an opening where anything can come out it’s like flat idk how to explain it, should i be worried?

When I found out I was pregnant they found a lump in the one breast that I’m talking about the one that doesn’t leak and I went to get it checked and the doctor cleared me and told me it was nothing just my boobs getting ready for a baby coming. Obviously I’ll bring it up next appointment but should I be worried it’s not leaking or looks off?
