So I feel kinda silly...for a while now I had thought I was feeling my little man higher up in my belly. I couldn’t figure out what part of him was always sticking out. I asked my OB about it yesterday, at my 30 week appt, and he said it wasn’t my baby but that I have an umbilical hernia 😳 Definitely was not on my radar but it makes a lot of sense now! He said there’s nothing I can do while pregnant and mostly likely it will go away after pregnancy but I’m a little worried now! Have you or anyone you know had this while pregnant? I feel like it will make my contractions more painful 😬
