Another loss this month

Well I found out I was pregnant on Saturday. Af was due Sunday. Tested everyday to make sure everything was good! Finally made the OB apt yesterday to come in today for an ultrasound. Well just like the other two time I ended up loosing it was the day of the apt. So naturally I wake up this morning and I had blood in my underwear and instantly felt the cramps coming on. I knew what was happening. Here we go again. Took some pamprin extra strength and the cramps immediately got worse. I was on the floor of the bathroom most the morning throwing up. I felt like I was dying. My husband came home to check on me and almost had to stay home from work. I almost don’t remember any of it cuz I was in so much pain.

Anyway I fall asleep for a few hours and wake up feeling much much better!! My ultrasound is at 3:30 and wanted to call and tell them about my morning and that I’m now bleeding.

I go to the appointment and they do an ultrasound and don’t see anything. Not in my ovaries either. Thank gosh!

So then they decided they want to do blood work. They test for my progesterone to see what my levels are.. if this is why I’ve had early miscarriages before in the last year and hcg to see if I’m still pregnant.

I did have a clot that was pretty big so I’m sure that was the embryo. All the blood is super dark for the most part.

I’m pretty bummed. I had all the symptoms. And now I’m 99% sure I had another miscarriage.

I’m at a loss.
