First blood tests

Hi everyone! Lots to be excited about in this group! I have been TTC for 4 years. Lots of failed IUI and two cycles of IVF. We ended up with one embryo, the little embryo that could! We transferred on 9/18 and I had my first blood test yesterday but haven't heard results. Anyone else have a blood test followed by another 48 hrs later? When did you get results? I took to hpt last week and both came back positive!! Just wanting blood tests to confirm! Congratulations everyone! It's been a long road!
