Brown cervical mucus/spotting

So, I went to pee earlier today and when I went to wipe, there was a lot of brown spotting. Like, it took at least 10 wipes to finally be mostly gone. I usually get spotting sometimes because I’ve had the IUD inserted August 23, 2018, but this was a lot more than usual. And just now I went to pee and it happened again. I took a picture this time and here it is. Before I wiped, there was a string of the brown discharge hanging which is on the top piece of toilet paper. But the picture shows how much brown spotting there is. Also, it’s sticky. I’m just a little worried because I never get this much spotting, especially since the spotting has started going away recently. And, I just got off my period about a week ago.
