Starting a transformation
Any tips on staying motivated in the early stages of a lifestyle change including gym/ healthy eating? I struggle with the first month because there will be no drastic changes and I’m struggling a bit with cravings.
Also I need to lose around 2 stone how long should that take? I do two days weight training and three/ four days cardio
