Yesterday vs Today

Long story short. Last week I had an odd period. Only spotting never enough to even partially fill a tampon. Would have a couple spots then no spotting for 14+ hours and nothing overnights. I had a blood test done on Sunday and my HCG levels were 2. My Dr said it could be the start of a pregnancy or the end of one. I tested yesterday and today. What do we think?
