Hip pain
Anyone else wake up to their hips just aching from side sleeping all night? This just started for me, but mine are on fire! It’s the outside of both hips and I’m assuming it’s from laying on them to sleep on my side. Anyone have relief suggestions? I’m definitely hobbling today and hurt A LOT. 😭😭
