whew, need MAJOR ADVICE RIGHT NOW 😭‼️‼️‼️

Being a female i’ve learned my body enough to know when something is wrong with my lady parts and when it’s serious for me to get checked out .... so you guys with knowing that I went and got tested and come to find out i’ve got not ONE but TWO STDs and I don’t know how to confront my two partners without losing the friendship between the both of them or getting the feeling of it being awkward between us... so what do you guys suggest is the best resolution to this problem because right now i’m lost for words and I don’t know what to do 😭

(p.s. where I went to go get treated myself gave me the medicine for both of them)
