Can you ovulate a week after positive OPk?

My temps have been remaining high which isn’t usual. I did have bleeding CD 33/34 before the big dip which usually is after but pretty light and 2 days. Guessing it was my period as it was pretty close to on time per the ovulation date on the chart. I had a decent amount of cramps and lower back ache couple days AFTER the period. Kind of a confusing cycle. Anybody’s temps stay higher than normal on non pregnant cycles? My follicular temps are always under 97.1
