What is something you have done differently and saved you from miscarriage?

I had 2 losses, first one dint get heartbeat. Second just miscarried. I am willing to do anything to save my future one. Please tell me what worked for you, may be that would help me too

Taking folate instead of folic acid. I have the MTHFR gene mutation so can’t metabolize the folic acid.

B12 shots. I lost 2 babies to chromosome issues, issues with DNA. Before trying again I started B12 loading shots and this baby is perfect at 24 weeks so far. I swear it's been a game changer for me 🤞

What we plan on doing the next time I end up pregnant is making sure I am as little stressed as possible, no sex, putting myself on bed rest, changing my diet, especially around the time that we miscarried last. I know it sounds crazy but I went through a lot of stress during pregnancy before my loss and it makes me feel guilty.
All that being said, I don’t think there’s anything you can really do. Miscarriages are mostly caused by chromosomal abnormalities

Thank you for all your reaponses. My doctor did a bunch of tests, but not MTFHR. Could you please tell me why your doctor checked it & if it is common?

Taking progesterone and baby aspirin helped me.

I've had LIT treatment done for my abnormal antibodies, taking folate because of my MTHFR mutation, and taking Fragmin shots daily to prevent blood clots which I obviously have tendency for. 17w now and hope this is it! 🌈💕
