Please help letrozole cycle made me ovulate late and now idk when to test.!!!

According to a blood test I was in luteal phase on 06/25 at a 3.8.

I’m new to this y’all and idk what that means...can someone explain to me please?

Also period started 05/22 and didn’t end until around 06/10.

They said wait until my next period and if no bleeding to come back or do a urine dip test. I don’t know when my period is supposed to come but my boobs have been really sensitive, mild cramping and sooooo tired. Please help
