Nexplanon and side effects

So I’ve had the implant for about two months now and just recent this past week I went on vacation and noticed that my pinky would get numb and I’d have to massage it for the blood to flow back this would only happen when I was sleeping in the car on the trip and then my arm would become irritated here and there around the implant this all started Monday and it’s Saturday I plan on making an appointment to planned parenthood for next week but idk if I’m reading too much into it or if I should be freaking out because I am freaking out. Worse case scenario I have to get it taken out but idk if it’s normal since it’s only been about 2 months that I’ve had it? Any answers?
