Wait to see OB or goto ER

For the past week and a half I've been getting severe migraines every day . Also everyday though out the day I get chest pains associated with trouble breathing and waves of pain that start from the top of my back and go to the bottom , it lasts a few min, but continues to happen all day and night . I've been ignoring it just as another symptom but it's starting to worry me . My OB appt is tomorrow .
