Online shopping advice⁉️

Ok. So I decided to order things online from a site I found on social media. I was a first time buyer so I didn’t know what to expect from them.

I live in an apartment that has a history of people taking packages so I automatically have my things delivered to my moms, since she lives in a house. Now, usually whenever me and mom speak on the phone, she always “oh by the way, you gotta package” never and I mean never have I had to remind her because sometimes I forget I order shit and it takes me by surprise when she tells me.

So. I basically went in on this company for not receiving my shit, like really went in. Countless emails,DMs comments the whole 9. I grew more frustrated over the weeks to the point where they blocked me because I wasn’t receiving any responses from them!

This morning y’all! My mom casually stop by my place with a big ass box 😳 I’m like soooo it never crossed your mind to tell me this huge box was in your house, just sitting? She goes it slipped my mind whenever we’re on the phone. 🤯

If feel sooo bad for the company I ordered from, like I let them HAVE IT. I wish I could take it all back 🤦🏽‍♀️ I literally wanna get them some flowers. How can I apologize?
