TMI POST ... HELP

SORRY FOR THE TMI PHOTO....Ok so I have a thing for wired bras but we just don’t get along🙄 the wire always pops out & it just so happens that the inner wire popped out of my favorite bra. It wasn’t a problem at first so I continued to wear it UNTIL I noticed these little scratches. I have since switched bras but the scratch become irritated & itchy when I sweat. Any ideas on creams I can use??
