Birth certificate advice! Please don't judge or say anything rude I have a reason for this question but prefer not to go into detail. If my boyfriends signs the birth certificate thinking he is the father( yes there is a chance it is his and yes he wants to legally be the father if he is biologically or not!) but another man thinks he is the father is there any legal action that the other man can take if my boyfriend signs the birth certificate? (The other man wanted nothing to do with me or the child before and now he does because his new girlfriend is making him.)
