Cramping but no bleeding

I have been cramping literally since I found out I was pregnant. Some days are worse than others and they feel like af cramps. I have had no bleeding or spotting so that makes me feel a little better.

However from the beginning I was also very nauseous however, The past week I have felt fine. I don't really feel pregnant.

The cramps are still here daily, my boobs still hurt, and I'm still exhausted.

I'm nervous that the baby has stopped growing or something. Has anyone ever experienced something similar? I am going in on Friday because the cramps are making me nervous. I am currently 5w6d.
