Does your husband seem to understand what you're going through?

My husband and I have been married a month today. Been together for two years. He knows I have endometriosis but he doesn't seem to understand what I go through on a daily basis. The pain, exhaustion, moodiness. I try to put on a brave face but some days it's too hard. And he has the nerve to call me "crabby" 
How have any of you been able to get through to your husband's that this is a real thing and that it takes a toll on you?

My husband didn't understand until I had a laparoscopy. Take him to a dr apt with you!

my fiancé is incredibly understanding, he always says he's proud of me and that I'm a fighter. at first he wasn't so good, but after researching and talking together, he became so supportive! good luck!

Nope nope nope. His lack of understanding is causing major problems with me. I'll send him blogs and articles that do a better job of conveying things than I do. Still he reads them and says @that doesn't seem like you.@ and other non helpful things that mansplain my disease to me. It's f$&@ing laughable.

I'm stuck in a place with him where I feel that I can't communicate everything I'm feeling everyday for fear of appearing 'too chronic' and thus too much like his mother who he sees playing the victim role, and complaining/explaining everything and having it take over a lot of the conversations.

Does your husband seem to understand what you're going through?
