Being overweight puts you at higher risk for things like preeclampsia and gestational diabetes, which puts you at higher risk for c section. But just because your chances are higher than average does NOT at all mean it's going to happen.  If you don't have issues like this, you likely will be fine to have a vaginal birth. So it's definitely possible.

Being over weight is not a factor in deciding a c section or vaginal birth. C sections are considered when the baby is breech or there are other indications a vaginal birth won't be safe for mother or baby
