Pregnancy symptoms getting worse but told baby stopped growing

On Monday I measured 2 weeks earlier than expected at my first scan

Measured 6w1d but no heart beat detected

My hcg was 54000 on Friday June 24

And increased to 60000 on the Monday

I was told it was probably a miscarriage and the baby had stopped growing 2 weeks prior since I should have been 8 weeks by my LMP

I’m getting my results tomorrow from my 3rd blood draw on Friday

If my hcg has increased again, I will be getting a scan to check for heartbeat/growth

The weird thing is that my pregnancy symptoms seem to be getting worse

I’ve been experiencing nausea throughout the day for the last 4 days. Something I didn’t have before. My boobs are really sore at night and I’m still bloating like crazy

Is it possible for my symptoms to worsen and hcg to keep increasing if the baby stopped growing 3 weeks ago!?

Or is there a chance maybe i was off on my ovulation and possibly could have a growing baby?
