Pregnant or post ovulation symptoms?

I ovulated and had sex 6 days ago. For the past 4 days I have been cramping. I have also been extremely thirsty, had back aches, felt a pulling sensation in my pelvic region, etc. Today my breasts starting getting sore under my armpit. Most signs point to me being pregnant, but I goty IUD taken out at the end of May, so I am wondering if it is my body still adjusting to the lack of hormones(I had it for 4 1/2 years and stopped having periods for about 4 of those years). Everything that is happening to me now is super new. Any suggestions?
