Got pregnant right away after MC? Trying to Concieve after Miscarriage!!😢

So I miscarried 3 weeks ago Thursday. I was ten weeks. We have have been trying again since I've stopped bleeding, well, only three times so far. 
I just got a positive LH test 5 minutes ago and am going for it tonite! Anyone else have luck getting pregnant right away after miscarriage? Nervous but midwife said I was healthy and there was no reason to not try right away. Even offered to give me progesterone in the first trimester.

It took us 3 complete cycles after my D&C at 11 weeks. I didn't start ovulation testing until the 3rd cycle. If I had started right away, I think we would've conceived immediately. We conceived our first on the first try. I'm 20 weeks with our Rainbow. Best wishes momma.

Let me know how it goes! I had a miscarriage almost 2 weeks ago at 13 weeks (I got a d&c) and I don't know if I should start trying right after I get the OK from my doctor for sex...

I didn't get a D&C I let it go naturally and I got my first peroid September 15th I'm trying to find out if I could be preggers now or what it shows I might start between Saturday and Tuesday took test today BFN so scared
