Hello everyone,

I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS and have been tracking my cycles for a while now and doing ovulation tests. I noticed that even though I had positives on the ovulation tests I never felt the mittel schmerz I had with my daughter. Nor does having sex every other day worked so far. My cycle is 38-40 days. My doctor said I possibly have anovulations, which explains the positive results. But this means I’m not realising an egg to get pregnant.

We have a very small window to get pregnant before I have an operation on my cervix and we never can have kids anymore. So I need every help I can get!!

Please give advice what to do! 😢

What we do:

- sex every other day

- ovulation tests

- use fertility app

- low carb diet (lost 1.5 st)

- regular exercising

- myo inositol 2000mg a day

- vitamin supplements incl folic acid
