Self help books

I’m trying to get into self help books here are some topics I’m trying to address

-Social anxiety

•overtalking (to fill space and rant excessively)

•over-worrying/overthinking(even when it’s out of my control and there’s nothing more I can do)

•nervous fidgeting(to cope with the two issues above)

•finding ways to destress and cope in a healthy way with my worries and problems

•time management skills

•self esteem improvement and self love

Any recommendations for these topics would be greatly appreciated.
