First cycle on Femara

After a year of TTC and going through all the blood tests and HSG I'm finally on my first round of Femara (I have PCOS). I'm freaking out worrying that it will not work for me or that my OPKs are crappy and won't work... I've taken 5mg cd5-9 and today was my last day so even though it's early I still did an opk that turned out my usual faint line (that's how it used to be before when I wasn't ovulating). I'm just so worried Femara will not work for me :(
