When getting your IUD removed? What did you experience?

I'm taking mine out, as much as I loved it , I guess because mines is getting to expire in a year or so it doesn't seem to make me feel like I did when I first had it , so I'm taking it out ,

Can anyone share their experiences when getting it removed ? What to expect?

I had one removed and replaced after it expired. I couldn't hardly feel it come out, I had some cramps. The worst part for me was putting them in. Worse cramps than removing it. I don't have any experience yet with taking it out and leaving it out.

I was sick for like 6months after... Hot flashes,nausea and felt really tired.But I used it for 9years. I'm getting another one put in though😊when the doctor clears me after my c section.
