Concerns

Hi I'm 32 weeks and 3 days pregnant and I've been experiencing really bad cramp pains . They come and go and I've never experienced this with my first child . The pains be so bad to the point where I can't even move out of bed or walk or switch positions. I love talked to my doctor about it and she doesn't really seem to be concerned. But I am . Has anyone experience this ?
