Prenatal yoga
I'm 19 weeks and my doctor told me I can't work out (lift weights, Pilates or run) for now but j can walk and go to prenatal classes and I'm in love with it. I suggest any preggo to go and give it a try. It has been helping me sleep better, with my back pain and fully connect with my body and baby. I just wanted to share this with you future mamas.
