Ear infection while pregnant?

I am currently 20 weeks pregnant and  have an ear infection. It happened over night and now I can't hear out of my right ear. My sister gave me some ear drops but im not sure if it is safe to take them they're called Neomycin & Polymyxin B Sulfates & Hydrocortisone Otic Suspension. Has anyone used this while pregnant?

. Cut a small tube, or plug shape piece of fresh garlic bulb.

2. Wrap that piece in tissue.

3. Place the wrapped garlic into the ear canal. Don't shove it down in there deeply, you just want it resting in the opening like an ear plug.

It's best to do this right before bed, and leave the garlic in the ear all night. It will likely fall out sometime during the night, but it should stay in there for at least a few hours. And that's plenty long enough.

As I said, within about 15 minutes or less, the pain of the ear infection will be greatly reduced - if not gone completely. So you or your child will be able to sleep easier during the night.

And in my experience the infection itself is completely gone within 24-48 hours. Honestly.

You may have impacted ear wax if you can't hear out of it, I thought I had an ear ache and went to the doctor they told me that the impacted earwax is causing pressure and causing the pain they cleaned out my ear with saline syringes and tweezers it was SO GROSS! But if you put sweet oil in a spoon heat it up on the stove just enough so it's warm and doesn't burn you, put it in your ear and lie down for an hour and then clean out your ear with water in a small syringe it should clear it out if you don't want to go to the doctor.

I had a bad ear infection ( in both ears ) at around 6 weeks, what I did was puting some drops of peroxide water in my ear and leave it there for a couple minutes ( it itches and feels weird ) but it works, I did this for about 4 days in the morning and before bed and yeah no more infection.
