Probably a gross question BUT..

Did any of you girls have really painful gas when you were pregnant? For the past few days it seems as if my stomach was pumped full of air and it hurts my belly/uterus area. And (not to be gross) and when air does come out it hurts. Anyone have this issue? And if you did what was some remedies you did to relieve that pain?
