Anyone else peezing?

Just got out the shower. Not even 5 minutes later I sneezed 😂 which we all know wasn’t the only thing that happened!!! 😂😂😂

I started seeing a pelvic floor specialist who noticed that I lost the automatic reaction to sneezing (ie. Muscle clench/tightness down there before a sneeze or cough) she recommended that I practice: before I sneeze or cough to clench my muscles in advance and re-teach them. She said it's normal for pregnant women to lose that instinctual reaction lol.

Ahhh yes we call that snissing here lol. My mom for as long as I could remember would go “ahhhhhhhh shit !!” when she sneezed. Now that I’m on my second pregnancy and have sneezed and pissed myself I bet that’s why she always swore while sneezing lol. Aaaaand now I say it. I’ve also peed myself throwing up & coughing, after my first I peed when I took off running, jumping and going down a slide lol 😂 lots of pelvic floor excercises, kegels, and extra undies in the diaper bag 👍🏻
