Breast milk

So as a first time mom... im freaking out about everything!... Im now 39 weeks and my breasts just look normal as ever .. they haven't changed in size at all. And i'm now i'm starting to wonder if I should be worried. I know they say breast milk comes in a few days after delivery and now I should have colostrum to supply to my baby ... breast size not changing .. does that effect anything? .. I'm scared I won't have anything to supply to my baby and I really want to breastfeed.
