Herpes or pimple?

I was popping my pimples yesterday morning and I saw a white dot at the corner on my lip and I went to pop it and it wouldn’t come out and I guess I screthched off some skin. But I’m worried it’s herpes and not a pimple

That's just a pimple. A cold sore usually looks like an open wound and it tingles. Sometimes paired with a yellow ooze that gets crusty.

Could be an ingrown hair if you wax or shave any upper lip hair. Not trying to make assumptions

I've had pimples in that area that are hard to pop. I had to pinch the top off and then squeeze if that makes sense. Some pimples have a hard head
