4th of July

Our friend invited the group over to his family’s place for the 4th for the night. I’m beyond excited because I’ve never spent the 4th with friends before (I didn’t have any until them 2 years ago). He also said there were spare bedrooms for us to sleep in, and I’m thinking “double score” because my boyfriend and I get a room to ourself 👀 Happy 4th of July to me!

I honestly hate the 4th because it’s when my ex and I got together, and it was a forced toxic relationship. The way it went down made me HATE the date. I guess things can change huh?
