Complex follicle?

Had MC Friday, vaginal ultrasound results say there’s a structure in one of my ovaries, “most likely a complex follicle.” What does this mean?? I’ve been on the phone all morning, doctor won’t call me back, receptionist says hospital hasn’t sent these results yet even though it’s been days. I’m freaking out. I googled it because I thought it just meant where an egg comes from, but google is talking about cysts and symptoms and treatments. Have any of you ever had a mass viewed on US that was labeled “most likely a complex follicle”????
