Did his anger go too far , too much??

Boyfriend and I were fighting. He has a bad temper so I’m sure it was something stupid that he made worse. Anyways I went to get away from it and laid on the bed. He came in and said no I don’t think so you aren’t going to relax after yelling at me like that and He came at me fast and went to grab me and pull me off the bed , It kinda startled me so I shoved him away. He said you shouldn’t of done that and he flipped me over and smacked my ass. Like spanked me twice. I swear he smacked it like as hard as he could. I yelled out in pain and started to cry. He started laughing and said really you are crying for me spanking you like a kid ? I ran to the bathroom and looked in the mirror and saw his hand print on my ass. I told him this is not ok. But he still doesn’t see the big deal and calls me a baby for being mad.
