Can me not eating as much in the third trimester cause my baby’s abdomen to measure small?

Haven’t been feeling well so I’ll only eat a meal with some snacks. I’m 37 weeks today but his belly is measuring in the 50%

Your diet can effect baby's size towards the end. But as long as you're eating smaller but more frequent meals,  it should be fine. 
Also I'm not sure what you mean by 50%. 50th percentile is right where baby is supposed to be. It means perfectly average. Or do you mean 50% of what its supposed to be?

Women who do not eat enough tend to have lower birth weight babies but it’s unlikely that just one body part would be affected.
