HELP!!!

Ok so Monday I got 2 BFP's. So far no complications. Well this morning I went to the bathroom & had light bleeding. It was like a bright pink/red. Ever since I've been constantly going to the bathroom and so far it has stopped. I've now had a few small cramps on my right side but nothing major. I never had this with my other 2 pregnancies that I can remember & I don't know the signs of a mc. Can anyone please ease my mind. I'm around 4 weeks today.
