3rd iui

Had my 3rd iui today. We had our best sperm count at 76 million post wash, the other 2 cycles were around 23, and 33 million. Do you think that could increase the chances? Im really believing 3rd time will be the charm. If not I don't know what to do! I was looking into ivf through cyn, fertility center in new York that is affordable. It's 3900 and less than 10,000 including meds and ultra sounds. Anyone know anything about this? And as I mentioned earlier does the sperm count help, I know it's not a bad thing, but will it increase our chances? Thanks!
