When Kids lie about their age..

Now reading more on the story thur social media, it’s being said she lies about her age a lot and she’s “grown for her age” now if she’s telling ppl this is it fair for the “suspect” to be trialed as if it’s statutory rape because if she’s telling them she’s of age it’s completely UNFAIR!!! And kids do look grown as hell now!!!!

Do you think it’s fair for a a person in a case like this to receive any charges? If the girl lied about her age?

UPDATE: I MUST ADD I FIND IT VERY STRANGE THAT A 40 year old would wanna date a 18-20ish kid still very pedophile-ish buttt LEGAL! So all of u saying it’s “his responsibility” are confusing me!! I’m more than certain that none of you have asked for a guys identification want you all hooked up nor has a guy asked you for yours when y’all hooked up!!! So cut it out ✂️✂️😂🤷🏾‍♀️... if you are smart enough at 14 years old to orchestrate such a lie about your age then you’re well aware of the consequences that come with lying about your age no excuses sorry!

It’s not just the man fault she should not be lying about her age!!!!!!!! She needs to face some type of criminal punishment may be falsifying information with criminal intent or malicious intent? Teach kids a lesson who lie about their age!!!!
