Sex ring operator given $90million exit package from google. Do u agree?

As all of u may know. I’m very vocal about sex trafficking, sex work etc. that being said I stumbled across this news article. And I’m honestly furious. If this isn’t an example of “white male privilege” idk what is. 
And to think sex trafficking VICTIMS are STILL being criminalized for prostitution while a whole PIMP is given a $90 million contract and free to roam the streets. 
Currently if one is found pimping and pandering it’s a mandatory 8years in jail, where if you’re found to be a Sex trafficker it’s automatic 25+ years.. 
So why is he not in jail?

Bonus question, 
Do you think he should be charged with pumping and pandering or sex trafficking?

So from what I’m seeing this accusation was just made by his soon to be ex-wife?
Here’s what I think should happen. They should do a comprehensive investigation into the matter. If there’s evidence against him he should be charged with everything you listed. In the meantime Google should hold off on any sort of exit package.

The article says “sex ring” in the title but I’m not seeing a whole lot of information in the article to support that - just an accusation by his soon-to-be-ex. Maybe there’s more information that’s not relayed in this article. Assuming there’s a money trail, law enforcement needs to investigate. 
All that aside, it says he was essentially fired for being sexually inappropriate with a subordinate. I think it’s disgusting that they gave him such a huge severance (or ANY severance). What sort of punishment is that? Oh, here’s a bunch of money for you to NOT work here anymore.

It sounds like he was just accused. Accusations dont make someone guilty. He was probably offered the severance package to keep Google away from him, the accusation, and related business. I don't think just an accusation should stop him from getting all his severance package.

I feel like there is either a lot of missing information or the sex ring accusation is coming from a disgruntled soon to be ex-wife. This isn’t to say he isn’t gross or that I think he deserves the money, but things don’t add up to me.

So did Google ask him to leave amid his allegations (to perhaps keep their name out of it)? If so, and he agreed he likely asked for or was automatically given a severance package. A lot of severance packages can not be disclosed otherwise you risk the chance of losing them. It sucks. He’s gross and purposely hid things from his wife. I’m not sure if he can lose that money but he should receive max punishment and once again Google has landed themselves in hot water.

The money was given by Google to buy him out of his contract so they aren't connected to him anymore. Sometimes,  you can't just fire people easily for something wrong he did in his personal time, especially before he's been legally charged.  The public takes these things seriously and Google doesn't want the negative publicity.  I don't see it anything to do with his race or sex.
