Painful when walking?

I’m almost 20 weeks but lately it just hurt so much on my right inner hip/ pelvic area. Every time I’m walking I have to slow down because it gets so painful. Anyone else like this?

Yes! Especially noticable if ive overdone it for the day doing stiff around my house. Just learn your limits and take it slow. Unfortunately this means i cant do everything in one day anymore without my lower back/hips killing me to the point that walking becomes intensly painful. But since ive cut back its not that bad. My ob said my pain was caused by my glutes and lower back muscles overcompensating for my abs taking a vacation when pregnant.

Yup! Feels like I got hit by a car! Lol. I’ve had it since about 17 weeks.

I’ve been having the same pains! My doc told me to take warm baths, use heating pads and sleep with a pillow between your legs. That may help ease some pain. I also just ordered a belly support band that supposed to help with back and pelvic pain!

I wish I can take it easy lol I’m active duty so my job has restrictions now but I still have to walk around and carry items under 20lbs. I will try the belly support band hopefully it’ll easy some pain
