Pregnancy and dog

I dont know if it's my pregnancy hormones or if I have reason to be so upset and stressed. So I had gotten a pomeranian chihuahua a year and half ago and my fiance got super jealous and wanted a dog. I repeatedly asked him to get a small dog. Well he got a lab mix a few months after I got my dog... he never bothered to try to train her even though I told him he would have to because I was busy trying to train mine and she overpowers me easily. She will sit occasionally and is potty trained and that's it. She wont walk on lease, begs constantly, jumps on people, growls and barks at people, will walk up to you and grab food right out of your hand, she wont let my dog eat half the time even if we feed them in separate rooms she will keep clawing at the door or baby gate and barking, she had been aggressive towards my dog on multiple occasions and drew blood on him. People dont want to come over because she growls and barks but never bites. We cant afford a trainer because we have a baby on the way and trying to redo flooring in living room, 2nd bedroom and walls in 2nd bedroom along with dealing with a bug problem in our home. Right now we have plywood type deal down on floor and she keeps clawing at it and causing holes in the floor making more work for us to do. We are wanting to move states and because of her we cant find anywhere that will rent to us. I suggested finding a foster home for her until we can get a loan to get a new house but my fiance doesnt agree. He doesnt see what I deal with 24/7 while he is at work or sleeping. I am at the point where I am ready to just get rid of her all together. Am I overreacting or would you all be upset also?
