Question for OB or midwife
Is it safe to sleep on my stomach using a pregnancy pillow? I made a pillow thats about 6 inches thick, made from chair foam with a big oval hole in it. (I got the idea from the one my chiropractor has & made it how theirs is made) When I lay on my stomach its really comfortable & my belly doesn't touch the bed, but I want to make sure it's safe before trying it overnight.
