BD while TTC?

I'm on cycle day 23 and my husband's schedule is super strange. We're tired!!! Hahaha! We love sex, but sometimes we love sleep more! We've been TTC and our doc told us every other day. If I stop with the ever other day stuff at this point, am I still likely to conceive? I know there's also a possibility, but what is the probability? After today glow says I have a 3% chance. The problem is, glow doesn't actually know when I'm fertile. . I'll post a pic of my schedule. Thanks guys!!!
