First period?

I had my daughter 2 months ago well later yesterday i wiped had a little bit of blood thought i started didnt fill a pad i know tmi sorry. But before i went to bed there was nothing at all an still nothing today.. Im not breastfeeding we have had unprotected sex stupid on my part and my appointment for birth control is in another 2 weeks.. Has anyone had this? My friend is pregnant again 3 months after having her child she says sounds like what she had implanting hoping thats not what it is.
