Does this look like a miscarriage?

I’m so sorry that I’m posting this, but 2 days ago I was diagnosed with a threatened miscarriage at 4 weeks 3 days. I spotted for about 4 hours (did not fill a pad at all), and got sent home being told to stay on bed rest and take it easy. An hour after I got home, I passed a clot. I’m not sure if it’s my baby. I’m not sure if I lost it. And the not knowing is killing me. I’m going back tomorrow to get my blood drawn to see my levels... but I just need to know if I lost it or not... any comments are appreciated.. I am now only spotting and it’s pink.

It looks like just a clot.....I’ve had 3 miscarriages but not this early so not sure but I would think there would be more cramping, clots and bleeding if it was a miscarriage.

You could have a subchorionic hemorrhage. I had some bright red bleeding and passed some clots when I was 8 weeks along with my rainbow and rushed to the ER , after all the testing they came and told me baby was fine and that I was having bleeding behind the placenta which isn’t usually an alarm for miscarriage. I know how scary this all must be for you. I lost my son Liam on 11/22/2018 at 22w3d along due to a cord accident and now I’m 21w6d along with my rainbow who’s also a boy.  Heavenly Father has a plan for you and your baby. Try to take comfort in knowing that. 💙

There is no real baby yet at this stage. Unfortunately, I wouldnt get your hopes up because it does sound like a miscarriage.
