Itchy bumps?

Hi all

I’m 39 weeks today and beginning yesterday I’ve noticed these teeny bumps popping up on the insides of my feet and heels and late last night on my hands (like in between my fingers and on my palms). They’re SUPER itchy and are driving me crazy. I’ve googled and they don’t look like any of the pregnancy rashes but of course I’ve become paranoid. They’re not really red and are filled with just clear fluid. I thought they might’ve been bug bites initially but they’d be all over me and not just on hands and feet. Haven’t been around anyone sick and nobody else in my house has this. Haven’t eaten anything differently or changed any cosmetic products.

I called the OBGYN and spoke with the on-call doc, and they basically said they didn’t think it was pregnancy related and to take a Benadryl - but because I am in my head now I thought I’d see if anyone else has any ideas or had something similar? Pics are from this morning.
